Job Title: Human Resource Data Migration and Administrative Consultant
Department: Operations Reports to: Human Resources and Operations Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand Contract Length: 1 month
Background:
Amnesty International Thailand is in the process of transitioning its internal HR management system from UNBUG to HumanSoft. This transition aims to enhance the accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency of staff leave management, travel records, and other HR-related data processes.
To ensure a smooth migration and proper implementation of the new HR tool, the organization requires temporary consultancy support. This support will focus on reviewing existing leave and travel records, verifying data accuracy, and assisting in the configuration and completion of HumanSoft functionalities.
The migration covers employee leave balances and related data from UNBUG to HumanSoft. Accuracy and data security are key priorities, as the system will serve as Amnesty International Thailand’s primary HR information platform going forward.

The temporary staff will report directly to Human Resources and Operations Manager and work closely with the Senior Human Resources and Admnistrative Officer.
Payment Terms:
Remuneration: 25,000 baht (lump-sum upon satisfactory completion of deliverables, subject to approval by HR & Operations Manager).
Confidentiality:
The Consultant must comply with Amnesty International Thailand’s data protection and confidentiality policies, particularly regarding personal data stored in HR systems.
Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate this contract by providing a written notice at least 14 calendar days in advance. The notice shall clearly state the effective date of termination. In case of unsatisfactory performance or breach of confidentiality, Amnesty International Thailand reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately.
