Travel: Up to 50% of working time| Status: Full-time

Are you a dynamic professional eager to collaborate with stakeholders and drive research forward? CPI is seeking a dynamic Research Coordinator (Fluency in Burmese and English) to support research activities, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and help design innovative pilot programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Support research activities in close collaboration with the Research Manager, stakeholders, and academic primary investigators
  • Translate stakeholder interests into practical pilot programs
  • Focus on integrating cardiovascular disease (CVD) care into broader border-based health system strengthening initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master's degree in public health or related field is preferred; Bachelor degree in health with strong research experience can be considered in lieu of master degree
  • Minimum two years' experience in public health research
  • Experience in data collection, statistical analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, and dissemination of results
  • Excellent skills in MS office Applications (Word, Power Point, Excel), proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R, etc.) preferred
  • Proven knowledge of study or M&E data management methods
  • Fluency in Burmese language with experience in translating documents between Burmese and English, fluency/proficiency in Karen languages preferred
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to write reports and present research findings clearly
