Project Associate

Sidekick, a research-driven design and strategic communications agency, is looking for a Project Associate to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited about working on media, design, and technology-driven projects that create social impact—this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Support project coordination and execution across media, advocacy, and research-driven campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Assist in content creation, research, and strategic planning for communications and engagement initiatives.

• Maintain clear documentation, track progress, and contribute to team discussions.

• Engage with stakeholders and contribute to building meaningful partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Media, Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong people skills—patient, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic team environment.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Interest in design, media, and technology.

• A team player who values collaboration and enjoys being part of a team.

• Ability to work under positive pressure and navigate challenges with resilience.

• A problem solver—curious, eager to learn, and up for a challenge.
