Position Title: Digital Campaigner, Southeast Asia
Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract for 12 months renewable
Location: Remote in Southeast Asia

ABOUT CUTTLEFISH DIGITAL:
Cuttlefish Digital is a dynamic and impactful digital communications agency. We develop and deliver creative digital campaigns for clients focusing on climate action and energy transition in the Asia Pacific region. As part of a global network of communicators, researchers, marketers, and advocacy strategists, we work with non-profit partners to campaign for clean energy.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Digital Campaigner, will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns aimed at engaging target audiences and achieving campaign objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse campaign performance data to drive improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, source, and publish written and visual content to engage target audiences to achive campaign objectives and goals.
Plan, place, and evaluate the performance of paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
Develop, and implement digital campaign strategies with senior campaigners and partners.
Coordinate Cuttlefish Digital’s multi-functional teams with campaign partners, to execute integrated digital campaigns.
Support Cuttlefish Digital’s partners in developing and executing digital marketing activities, aligned with climate and energy priorities in South and South East Asia when required.
Conduct audience research to ensure targeted messaging and effective campaign reach.
Oversee and track campaign budget and spending.
Manage external agencies and freelancers when required.
Analyse data with colleagues and report campaign results to partners.
Participate in regular planning and strategy meetings with colleagues and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing campaigns, project management, or related roles.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Experience in planning and delivering ad campaigns across digital platforms such as Google, Meta, X, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and visual communication skills, including experience devising communication for diverse audiences.
Experience using spreadsheet management software (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) in a professional environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends
A strong passion for climate action and social justice.
Language Skills: Candidates must be comfortable working in English. Proficiency in one or more of Chinese, Bengali, Indonesian, or Thai would be a strong advantage.
