Position: Communication and Media Strategist, International Protocol and Information Support Service Unit, Office of International Affairs and Global Network

Contract:  One-year term contract (renewable)

About the division:

Chulalongkorn University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication and Media Strategist to join our dedicated team at the Office of International Affairs and Global Network. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of communication and media trends, social media tools, and relevant technological platforms, particularly in the context of international higher education. The Communication and Media Strategist will play a vital role in shaping the university's international public image, enhancing its global reputation, and engaging with diverse international stakeholders.

Required qualifications and experience:

• An excellent command of English language. TOEIC score over 700 or equivalent in other standardized tests.
• Exceptional Thai and English written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, media relations, or a related role, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Strong media network and experience in media outreach and management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative communication strategies.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

Salary: Starting at Bt25,000 depending on the qualifications
