Senior Human Resources Manager- HQ (Thai National)!

Location: Bangkok, Thailand | Travel: Regular travel to CPI Country Offices | Status: Full-time

Are you a passionate Human Resources professional eager to make a meaningful impact? CPI is seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager - HQ (Thai National) to lead our Human resources operations and drive excellence across the organization.

In this role, you will:

✅ Responsible for the whole HR operational management of HQ offices in Bangkok and Yangon and ensures all HR related functions are running fully in line with CPI policies and procedures.
✅ Provides day-to day operational technical support in HR and administration to CPI’s country offices in Bangladesh, Myanmar and Thailand. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager directly supervises the Senior HR/Admin Coordinator, fostering effective management and coordination across the organization’s HR and administrative activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years' experience in HR and 5 years' as an HR Manager or Director preferable with an INGO
• Excellent written and verbal English skills required and Thai language skills are strongly preferred and Myanmar language is added value
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Knowledge and experience working in Thailand, Myanmar and/or Bangladesh, familiar with national employment laws
• Mature and strong personality high motivated to implement and develop a professional and animated HR in CPI
