PCF Thailand works with local partners, schools and relevant institutions, aiming at ensuring equal access to quality education as well as integration of intercultural education, mother tongue based multilingual education, education in emergencies, and child rights in formal, non-formal, and informal education.

PCF Thailand is registered under Ministry of Labour as International nongovernmental organization which has the obligation to renew the registration every 2 years.  The renewal of registration process is taking time from 6 months to 10 months which includes process of reviewing application, related documents, references check, interviews and committee meetings to approval the renewal.

We are looking for:

Consultant service to renew the organisation’s registration under MOL

The post is local and opened to Thai citizen only.

• Prepare registration renewal application and related documents to be submitted by 31 March 2025 to Ministration of Labour.
• Responsible as a focal point of contact in all communications with MOL and getting information from PCF Partners until getting approval from Ministry of Labour. 
• Prepare other related documents as request from other local authorities and organise/schedule meetings for interview as part of the registration process until getting approval from Ministry of Labours.

Professional qualifications:

• Direct experiences on registration renewal under MOL for an INGO
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft office
• Communication and language skills- strong written and verbal skills in Thai
• Driver license (Car or Motorcycle) is required

Personal qualifications:

• Flexibility and adaptability of time management
• Interpersonal skills- communications to follow up with MOL and Partners
