ROLE PURPOSE

The Project Coordinator (Futuremaker) will coordinate with related stakeholder both internal and external to ensure project implementation of the Futuremaker project is completed as project timeline. S/He will play a key role in build understanding to youth in targeted area about the project and coordinate with local governmental agencies to achieve project outcomes focusing on vulnerable youth’s access to decent work opportunities. S/He will coordinate with internal department to ensure that all transaction is comply with Plan’s policies and donor compliance.

Dimensions of the Role                                                         

  • Assist Project Manager for project implementation in the targeted area as assigned
  • Ensure project implementation is completed as plan and agreed with Project Manager
  • Recruit youth in targeted area to join the project
  • Ensure that beneficiaries join the project interventions
  • Assist manager in monitoring project outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure of the Plan’s policy and donor compliance.
