Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Formulate project plan and manage the delivery of PPB's project objectives in increasing recycling rate in partnered communities’ facilities to divert recyclable plastic waste away from landfills.
- Monitor and evaluate team needs, project capacity gaps, and opportunities for the organisation to develop new activities, objectives, or project goals.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Formulate interim reports, and final reports to the funders as necessary.
- Support project owner in formulating project proposals and budgets.
- Seek engagements with potential partners to work in unison to help communities tackling plastic waste.
- Handle financial activities, documents, and paperwork to support the overall workflow of the organisation.

Qualifications for Project Manager:
- 2-3 years of project management and related experience in environment
- Strong knowledge of environmental, eco-system, recycling and/or degree in environmentalism is a plus
- Degree and/or background in business adminstration is a plus
- Experience in working with communities and is accustomed to dynamics of the communities
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively, excellent analytical and management skills
- Strong project management and resource management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Fluency in English and Thai

Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience or interest in community development/environmental work
- Knowledge of plastics / recycling processes

Type of appointment: Full-time (Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00 + occasional weekends)

Location: FREC Bangkok https://bit.ly/3fYsAOy with occasional travel to different venues.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 baht/month (Negotiable)
