Job Description:  

As a Programmes Specialist with Destiny Rescue, you will play a vital role in developing and enhancing our programmes, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness, and liaising with media to communicate our work. This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure our efforts are impactful and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities:  

1. Programme Development and Enhancement:  

• Develop and enhance programmes aimed at empowering Thailand to combat Online Sexual Exploitation of Children (OSEC).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement effective interventions.
• Ensure programmes align with international best practices and local legislation.
• Adapt programmes to address unique factors and challenges within Thailand.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation:  

• Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for all OSEC-related programmes and initiatives.
• Analyze programme data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on programme outcomes and impact.
• Ensure continuous improvement through feedback and evidence-based practices.

3. Media Liaison:  

• Capture, summarize, and communicate the work of Destiny Rescue's OSEC team to internal media managers.
• Develop compelling narratives and case studies to highlight programme successes and challenges.
• Collaborate with media managers to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
• Represent Destiny Rescue in media engagements as needed.

Requirements:  

• Fluent in English and Thai to ensure effective communication within our diverse team and with local and international partners.
• Proven experience in programme development, monitoring, and evaluation, preferably in the context of child protection or anti-trafficking initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to the protection and welfare of children.
• Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed.
