Request for Proposal (RFP)

AFAO Foundation, duly registered under the Ministry of Interior, is dedicated to the mission of promoting the welfare and alleviating the suffering of individuals afflicted by HIV infection. Our objectives also include educating the public about the symptoms, prevention, and consequences of HIV infection, providing support to those affected by HIV who may currently lack full societal backing, and collaborating with other charitable organizations for the greater good, with funding support from the Global Fund.

AFAO Foundation is obligated to conduct an annual external audit, in strict accordance with Thai auditing standards. The audit process encompasses a comprehensive evaluation, with the auditor employing any necessary tests and controls, including representative sampling if deemed essential. This critical activity is imperative to ensure a thorough and complete audit of Foundation expenditures incurred during the period spanning from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is extended to audit firms based in Thailand, with a strong preference for firms possessing experience in financial auditing for non-profit organizations.

Proposal Submission Deadline: Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM (Bangkok time) on November 16, 2023.
