Workforce for HEARTS project  

1 September – 1 November 2023

Background

HEARTS II project is leading the work on whole-school approach to promote SOGIESC inclusion. As there is only one main project staff and the staff will be on deployment during September to November 2023, workforce is required for the baseline data collection and analysis for schools.

  • Prepare the survey questionnaire and tools
  • Collect data with students in two schools in September

Student consultation regarding safe space

  • Support the project team in facilitating student consultations in two schools (1-2 hours) on safe space

Management

The workforce will report to Child Rights Governance and Child Protection Program Coordinator and MEAL Advisor

 

Time frame

1 September – 1 November 2023 (15 working days/months)

Payment

Daily rate of 2,000 baht for each day of work. Payment will be made upon the receipt of an invoice for actual working days.   

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Business Administration, Social Science or related fields.
  2. Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
  3. Ability to analyze data (e.g., MS Excel).
  4. Good working knowledge in Thai. Good communication in English is desirable but not required.
  5. Good computer skills (MS Office).
  6. Previous experience in working with children or schools preferred.
  7. Good understanding on gender equality and diverse sexual orientation, gender identity, expression, and sex characteristics (SOGIESC).
