Objectives of the Position

As the Branding and Creative Content Executive for the Scholars of Sustenance Foundation, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective branding and online campaign strategies to promote our mission and values. You'll inspire external stakeholders to engage with SOS and help raise awareness about critical issues related to food waste and hunger. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining visually stunning design collaterals in line with SOS branding guidelines, managing some compelling and engaging video content across social media platforms, and executing effective online campaigns to support fundraising and brand awareness. You'll work closely with the Outreach Manager to ensure that all creative efforts are aligned with the broader goals and objectives of the organization. Branding and Creative Content Executive
• Develop and implement effective branding and online campaign strategies that promote the mission, values, and work of the Scholars of Sustenance Foundation in Thailand.
• Create visually appealing and emotionally captivating artworks to support the overall SOS story
• Develop storyboards for compelling videos that highlights the impact of SOS works
• Contribute to the development of integrated brand communications to ensure consistency and coherence across all channels and touchpoints.
• Act as a brand guardian ensuring all internal and external materials is consistent in tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity, in line with SOS's overall brand guidelines.
• Protect SOS and partnered brands' reputations through social monitoring, responding to feedback, reviews, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, as well as developing a crisis management plan to mitigate any potential risks.
• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns, using data-driven insights and analytics to identify areas for improvement and taking action to optimize future performance.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors as needed to support creative efforts and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in branding, content creation, and online marketing, incorporating new ideas and approaches as appropriate to enhance SOS's creative output.
• Manage interns by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction to ensure that all creative output is of a high standard (if required).
• Participate in internal and external meetings, presentations, and events as needed to promote SOS's work and values and enhance the organization's overall visibility and reputation.
• Maintain and update the SOS Branding Guidelines when necessary and make sure that all SOS employees are adhering to it.


• Thai National with fluent written and spoken Thai and English (open to foreign national that speak and write the local language and has lived in Thailand for more than a year).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in branding, content creation, and online marketing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, as well as experience developing and implementing effective branding and online campaign strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop), graphic design platform (such as Canva), video editing tools, and social media platforms namely YouTube and TikTok, with a proven track record of creating visually stunning and engaging content.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, communities, volunteers, and external partners, with a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and equity.
• Passion for social and environmental justice, with a deep commitment to the mission and values of the Scholars of Sustenance Foundation.


• 40 hours a week, must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
• 10 days of vacation and 14 public holidays.
• Sick leave with doctor’s proof after a 3-day period, up to maximum of 30 days.
• Probation period of 90 days.

• Negotiable based on experience.
• Health coverage after probation period of 90 days.
