Position Summary/Purpose: Pact seeks a Partner Support Coordinator (PSC). Reporting to the Senior Program Coordinator, s/he will be responsible for providing technical support and capacity development support to implementing partner organizations. S/he plays a leadership role in designing/implementing technical approaches, providing technical leadership in impact areas such as youth development, social cohesion, women’s empowerment, livelihoods, civic engagement, participatory governance, and training both staff and partners to ensure delivery of high-quality programming. Furthermore, s/he will be responsible for administering partner capacity assessment tools, developing action plans, and providing organizational capacity development assistance in areas identified.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Capacity Development Support
• Support in the identification of high-potential partners through calls for proposals, building strong networks, and other means.
• Administer baseline partner capacity assessment tools, co-develop, and co-manage action plans with partners, and provide high quality and tailored organizational capacity development assistance in areas identified.
• Organize capacity development training for civil society partners and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring through monthly meetings.
• Conduct annual partner capacity assessments and prepare implementing partner organizations to undergo assessments to determine their readiness to become prime organizations.
• Build and nurture relationships and trust with partners and represent Pact well.
• Ensure that capacity development activities are well-documented, leading to intended programmatic and transition outcomes.
2. Technial Support
• Support design and implementation of technical approaches in impact areas such as social cohesion, youth/women empowerment, civic engagement, participatory governance, health, and livelihoods, through development of guidelines and tools.
• Lead curriculum design/adaptation, translation, and pilot test processes in collaboration with other team members and organizations.
• Identify training needs and lead training delivery in these impact areas for both staff and partners as required
• Support partners in use of various e-learning courses developed by Pact, to be complemented by in-person training.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching for partners to ensure high quality program delivery and support adaptation as needed.
• Contribute to development of new e-learning courses, learning agenda, communications, and reporting from technical perspectives.
• Play a key role in supporting monitoring and evaluation efforts to help ensure program deliverables and quality of technical programming are systematically monitored and a learning agenda is created to improve program implementation and advancement.
3. Other Responsibilities
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Senior Program Coordinator and Director of Programs in support of Pact’s organizational development.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the context in the implementing locations in relation to adapting technical approaches.
• Adhere to all of Pact’s Code of Conduct policies including our Zero Tolerance Policy to Harassment, Sexual Exploitation and Abuse in the workplace. Report any abuses towards staff and beneficiaries to your immediate supervisor or the HR Coordinator.
• Represent and uphold principles of inclusion, conflict sensitivity, learning and adaptation, flexibility, and gender equality in all work functions.
