Title: Health Program Assistant (Independent Contractor)

Background of the project
• Scope of work
1. Logistics support
a. Prepare and ensure the travel documents / camp pass related to Ministry of Inte-rior (MoI) permission for patients or camp-based staffs in timely manner by coor-dination with Human Resource (HR) / Admin team.
b. To ensure and prepare weekly truck schedule request for Reproductive & Child Health (RCH) and clinical teams.
c. Organize the transportation arrangement for the patient and camp-based staff by coordination with Admin / HR manager.
d. Prepare the transportation request, monthly purchase request and payment re-quest for oxygen and gas to health facilities in both camps and clear with finance team.
e. Ensure to send weekly gasoline to Karenni Health Department (KnHD) office and all clinics in both camps by preparation of camp pass and purchase request.
2. Financial clearance support
a. Prepare the purchase request and payment request for the program supplies and maintenance of equipment and order necessary items to use in health program.
b. Prepare the advance clearance for the expenses for transportation of patients and other medical referral costs.
c. Prepare the purchase request and payment request for supplies for the RCH clin-ics in both camps.
d. Assist in the verification of finance bills and all reimbursement for KnHD such as receipt clearance of some items that are to be purchased in the camps.
e. Prepare reimbursement of trainings cost every time to camp clinics as needed.
f. Ensure verification and reimbursement of all the costs related with Chiang Mai re-ferral patients.
g. Prepare the advance clearance for the expenses for KnHD and assist reimburse-ment for all activities.
3. Others
a. As reasonably assigned by supervisor.
Deliverables:
• Complete all the required travel documents and camp pass for the refugee and supplies movements.
• Complete (and submit) 16 weekly truck schedules for the Health Team members in timely manner.
• Complete all the PRs for the program supplies in timely manner.
• Complete the reimbursement of all the training costs in timely manner.
Requirements:
• Thai nationality
• Education: Passed high school
• Work Experience: At least one year of experience working in clinical setting (familiar to medical terminology)
