is hiring a

Finance Officer

The full-time position, based in Bangkok (Ekkamai), is open to Thai Nationals only. FNF is a liberal Foundation from Germany, which promotes Democracy, Market Economy and Human Rights by cooperating with national and regional NGOs and Think Tanks in Asia and around the world. Reporting to the Regional Director and the Regional Finance Coordinator, you will handle financial matters in an efficient and accurate manner, maintain accounting records, take care of end-to-end accounts payable processes and assist payroll computations for FNF staff. You have solid bookkeeping skills, an understanding of not-for-profit accounting practices and strong communication skills, which enable you to work with our partner organizations in Asia.

We welcome applicants, who have the following skills:

• Very good written and spoken English
• Experience and skills in financial administration, bookkeeping, general ledger and reconciliation of accounts
• Experience with a major accounting software (preferably Microsoft Business Central) and Microsoft Excel. Good command of general office software.
• Familiarity with standards of government grants and accountability standards
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to communicate and support staff and partners
• Attention to detail and accurate accounting data entry

Commitment to Liberal ideals and values such as Human rights, Market economy and Free Trade would be a distinct advantage.
