Title: Health Program Assistant (Independent Contractor)

Background of the project
•Scope of work
1. Logistics support
a. Prepare and ensure the travel documents / camp pass related MOI permission for patients or camp- based staffs in timely manner by coordination with Human Re-source / Admin team.
b. To ensure and prepare weekly truck schedule request for RCH and clinical teams.
c. Organize the transportation arrangement for the patient and camp-based staff by coordination with Admin / HR manager.
d. Prepare the transportation request, monthly purchase request and payment re-quest for oxygen and gas to health facilities in both camps and clear with finance team.
e. Ensure to send weekly gasoline to KnHD office and all clinics in both camps by preparation of camp pass and purchase request.
2. Financial clearance support
a. Prepare the purchase request and payment request for the program supplies and maintenance of equipment and order necessary items to use in health program.
b. Prepare the advance clearance for the expenses for transportation of patients and other medical referral costs.
c. Prepare the purchase request and payment request for supplies for the RCH clin-ics in both camps.
d. Assist in the verification of finance bills and all reimbursement for KnHD such as receipt clearance of some items that are to be purchased in the camps.
e. Prepare reimbursement of trainings cost every time to camp clinics as needed.
f. Ensure verification and reimbursement of all the costs related with CM EMR pa-tients.
g. Prepare the advance clearance for the expenses for KnHD and assist reimburse-ment for all activities.
3. Translation and interpretation
a. Interpret in Thai, Karenni, Karen, Burmese and English during camp visits, training and meetings of health staffs or External trainers and visitors.
b. Assist in communication between the camp-based staffs, IRC health staffs and the hospital staffs.
c. Assist health staffs in translation on trainings, refresher and on job trainings if needed.
4. Others
a. As reasonably assigned by supervisor.
Deliverables:
• Complete all the required travel documents and camp pass for the refugee and supplies movements.
• Complete (and submit) 16 weekly truck schedules for the Health Team members in timely manner.
• Complete all the PRs for the program supplies in timely manner.
• Complete the reimbursement of all the training costs in timely manner.
Payment Rate and Schedule:
• The wage will be paid after the Health Program Assistant submit Timesheet at the end of each month. The payment will be made by bank transfer within seven days after submis-sion of Timesheet. IRC may withhold for taxes 3% as required by law and shall provide withholding certificates to the contractor.
Requirements:
Education:
• At least High school Diploma
Work Experience:
• At least one year of experience working in clinical setting (familiar to medical terminology)
