General Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design of program curriculum and facilitator methodology aligned with program goals
• Design and guide the orientation process for participants and visiting staff
• Implement curriculum in a learner-centered fashion, prioritizing participant growth and development
• Finalize program logistics including meals, transportation, activities, excursions, and extras
• Manage on-program expenses, keeping costs within allocated budget

Time Frame: the proposed time frame is broken-down by total number of days employed pre-and during-program.

Pre-Program Training & Preparation: TOTAL 6 DAYS (8am – 4pm)

• GROUP February 2023: 1 Day Informational Meeting– unpaid
• GROUP April 2023: 3 -Days Customer Training, Partner Visit, Curriculum Development – paid
• INDIVIDUAL 3-Days PREP just before the arrival of assigned group(s) -- Paid

During-Program: Full-Time (7am – 8pm)

• HKBU 1: May 22- May 26 | Hong Kong Baptist University: Business Field Study, Bangkok
• YUNUS 1: May 15 - 25 |Social Business Immersion (SBI),  Bangkok - Chiang Mai
• TA 1: May 28 - June 10 |Pre-Physical Therapy (PRE-PT), Chiang Mai
• TA 2: June 11 - 24 |Augmented & Alternative Communication (AAC), Chiang Mai
• TA 3: June 25 - July 8 | Sports & Exercise Science & Nutrition (SESN), Chiang Mai
• TA 4: July 8 - July 22 | Pre-Physical Therapy (PRE-PT), Chiang Mai
• YUNUS 2: July 15 - July 25 | Social Business Immersion (SBI),  Bangkok - Chiang Mai
• YUNUS 3: August 15 - August 25 | Social Business Immersion (SBI),  Bangkok - Chiang Mai

Deliverables: PRE-PROGRAM

• FEBRUARY 29, 30, 31 2023 (choose one day) - unpaid

• Program Introduction: gain familiarity with program philosophy, methodology and goals

• APRIL 25, 26 & 27: 2023  (3-days) - paid

• Customer Training to learn about each customer, the goals and their specific needs.
• Site Visit with all Partners, meet the people and get your questions answered
• Curriculum Development: Orientation, Dynamics, Learning Curve, Extras, Reflection

• BEFORE PROGRAM 2023 (3 Days) - paid

• Prepare all arrangements with BDP team 3-days prior to group arrival
• Final Meeting: finalize program itinerary, safety & emergency response, practice facilitation
• Travel to site and get ready for group pick-up and Orientation

Deliverables: ON-PROGRAM

• Conduct Orientation to BDP Programs
• Maintain group dynamics and collaborative energy 
• Coordinate logistics throughout the program effectively and efficiently
• Co-Facilitate workshops where needed, serving as moderator, facilitator and/or translator
• Adhere to Emergency Response procedures and safety protocols
• Manage program petty cash and on-program expenses with BDP Program team

Guaranteed Compensation: 1- Day = 1,500 – 4,000 THB (minus 3% tax), depending on experience and program-type.

• Total Days Pre-Program = 7 total (6 paid), 1,500 baht per day
• Total Days On-Program = 8 - 14 (all paid), at rate determined by experience, license, education, etc.
