1. The company profile
FairAgora Asia (www.fairagora.com) is a sustainability consultancy firm supporting agricultural operators
on the certification process and their journey towards sustainability improvement. We collect
production, environmental and social data with farms and processing plants to provide risk mapping and
to assess the priorities for improvement areas. We then conduct workshops and provide training to the
farmers.
One of our biggest projects is with Nestle which aims at reducing the carbon footprint of sugarcane
farms in Nestle supply chain while improving social conditions. We built a carbon footprint calculator and
we provide different scenarios within the model to assess the most effective mitigation activities. Our
interventions within this project focus on regenerative agriculture topics and systematic social
improvement.

2. Responsibilities
● Write report in English and Thai
● Create and translate surveys, interviews, and provide mitigation suggestion to overcome issues
● Talk to sugarcane, rice, potato, cassava, shrimp, corn. rubber stakeholders mainly mill, farmer
association, farm owner and farm workers about our projects
● Produce social media contents for example articles, posts, flyers, videos and set content’s
timeline.
3. Required skills
- Able to communicate well in both Thai and English (English/ Thai writing will be tested during an
interview)
- Able to travel
- Undergraduate degree

Understand and willing to learn about Thai farmers and Southeast Asian Countries
- Able to do extensive literature reviews and able to summarize information efficiently
- Interested in the topic of ESG/ Sustainability report/ food supply chain responsibility
4. Benefits
● Working hours 10:00 am - 18:00 pm. Monday - Friday
● 15 days holidays
● Salary: 17,000 THB per month (non-negotiable)
● Public transport allowance(1,000THB/month)
