NDI works with democratic institutions in every region of the world to build political and civic organizations, safeguard elections, promote citizen participation, and strengthen openness and accountability in government.
Founded in 1983, the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization working to strengthen and expand democracy worldwide. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., NDI maintains offices in over 65 countries on four continents. In Thailand, NDI implements programs with the aim to strengthen the democratic process. Current programs facilitate interaction between citizens and Members of the Parliament; and include conducting qualitative research to inform the policy-making process. At the provincial level, NDI is assisting civil society groups to advocate for matters of interest to the relevant communities.
NDI seeks committed and qualified candidates for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Program Officer to perform monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tasks for programs, as well as implement program activities, managed by NDI in Thailand. The position reports to the NDI Resident Director. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to conduct each essential duty and possess the required skill set and experience.
