Good Neighbors (GN) is an international humanitarian development NGO founded in Korea in 1991 working in 250 projects, 47 countries, and Good Neighbors (Thailand) Foundation is one of Good Neighbors where the office is located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Global Capacity Development Center (GCDC), which belong to Good Neighbors (Thailand) Foundation and is in charge of strengthening the capabilities of partnership countries, would like to hire a design, monitoring, and evaluation (DME) consultant. DME consultant will take a role to support the establishment/consolidation of DME system in GN & its field countries and to facilitate capacity building for GN field countries staff, etc.

1. Job Title: DME Consultant

 

2. Contract Period: Full time contract for 1 year (include 3-months probation)

 

3. Location : Bangkok Business Center, Sukhumvit 63 Road

 

4. Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the establishment of DME system in Good Neighbors
    1. Develop and/or update GN DME policy and guideline.
    2. Conduct DME policy and guideline internalization and/or capacity building to field countries’ staff.
    3. Manage and support data collection and analysis in Good Neighbors DME process
  2. Support project (re)design process
    1. Review current process
    2. Update and revise the process for further purpose and usage by working on guidelines
  3. Facilitate capacity building for Good Neighbors field countries staff on DME
    1. Design DME online/offline course/training contents and facilitate the course/training
    2. Conduct DME-related trainings

5. Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum Master’s degree from a college or university.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Experience with design, monitoring and evaluation in community development project based on wholistic approach.

- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience.

 

6. Required Competencies

- Thai Nationality.     

- Ability to contribute in the development of strategic plans and policies for programs and DME in general.

- Experience in facilitating DME related training or workshops.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate and connect with various stakeholders in GN with various formats, such as written reports, meeting facilitation, and presentations.

- Work with respect with persons from varied backgrounds across international teams

 

7. Working Condition

- Starting Date: 1st January 2023                                   

- Working days: Monday – Friday (5 days)

- Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (7.5 hrs / day)
