Description of the assignment: National consultant on Climate Cost Benefit Analysis (CCBA) application and drafting project concept note (Thai National)

Duty Station: Home-based with travels in Bangkok and to the four selected areas (Rayong, Petchaburi, Surattani and Songkhla) to conduct consultations with institutions and staffs

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 04 Dec 2022 - 30 Aug 2023, for a maximum of 100 working days.

Proposal should be submitted no later than 24 Oct 2022

1. Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP.

It shall include the Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs, as per template provided.  If an Offeror is employed by an organisation/company/institution, and he/she expects his/her employer to charge a management fee in the process of releasing him/her to UNDP under Reimbursable Loan Agreement (RLA), the Offeror must indicate at this point, and ensure that all such costs are duly incorporated in the financial proposal submitted to UNDP. The consultant should also indicate any travel and related costs for meetings etc; 

2.  Curriculum Vitae with a list of relevant projects/ assignments;

3. Supportive documents namely:

1. Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment and a methodology on how they will approach and complete the assignment.
2. Examples of prior relevant work at least one sample/publications in English.
