Background
Kindernothilfe e.V. (KNH) is an international charitable child rights organization headquartered in Germany, established since 1959. Today, we rank among the largest NGOs for development cooperation in Germany which operates in 33 countries and our development program reaches more than 2.1 million children and youth around the world.
KNH work anchored in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We pay attention particularly on children have their voices heard and determine to empower them engaging in meaningful participation to involve their opinions and concerns in projects. Furthermore, we focus on enhancing capacity of duty bearers’ (parents, teachers, caregivers and local governments) to be able to fulfill children’s rights. Our work focused on long-term results. Therefore, we seek to improve structural conditions and environment in a sustainable manner.
Child Rights Programming
In alignment with our global mission, KNH in Thailand aims to support migrant, ethnic including stateless children and women at risk in the Mekong sub-region. Our target areas are at Thailand-Myanmar border namely Chiangmai, Chiangrai, Tak and Mae Hong Son
We are looking for partners to implement 5-year child rights programming in regard to the Rights of the Child according to the following approaches:
Approved projects are expected to implement in January 2023. Please be aware that relief proposal will not be considered.

Legally registered non-profit organization, has adequate experiences in the fields of development
