Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as Digital Project Manager who enjoys taking responsibility and working independently.

As Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our project pipeline, from liaising with clients to establishing deliverables; designing digital marketing campaigns; collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues & improvements; and using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for monitoring & reporting performance.

To succeed as Digital Project Manager, you must possess an excellent technical background, the ability to juggle multiple priorities & tasks, and strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients and other external stakeholders to draft and manage client agreements and service contracts

• Analyzing project requirements to allocate resources & prepare schedules

• Designing & planning digital marketing campaigns to fulfill project requirements within budgetary estimates

• Coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders on project tasks to meet deadlines

• Using content management systems and project management software while employing SEO best practices

• Using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor & evaluate campaign performance

• Produce periodic reports, presentations, explainers, and other updates for internal and external stakeholders on program performance

• Identify issues for troubleshooting as well as opportunities for improvement

• Ensuring client satisfaction on project delivery and performance

• Establishing & maintaining good relationships with clients and other professionals

• Keeping abreast of all developments in digital marketing, including social media trends and market research

• Supports opportunities to grow existing accounts or pursue new business

• Incorporate social and environmental targets in the annual performance review, to be confirmed with the direct supervisors

Qualifications:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, computer science, or related field

• Proficient command of both English and Thai language

• Experience in digital project management or program management roles

• Experience in creating engaging content for both offline and online channels

• Confident using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workplace, Trello)

• Practical experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs)

• Sound understanding of SEO best practices and the latest advertising & marketing trends

• Ability to present ideas, problem solve, and adapt in response to changing client needs

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines & goals, and prioritize effectively

• Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
