Background/IRC Summary: The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces.
Job Overview/Summary: Ensure to provide HR function and operate day to day office and administration requirements communication travelling booking accommodation and mailing for IRC Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR:
• Manage leave request and timesheet by collecting and reviewing all complete leave request on monthly basis and submit to BKK HR department by 15th of each month.
• Collect staff medical claim and organizing to submit to HR BKK.
• Facilitated Annual Health check-up for staff.
• Work closely with BKK HR department to provided renewal contract for staff in field.
• Work closely with program staff to provided LOU for new CBA.
• Update number of CBAs to BKK HR department monthly.
• Ensure valid VISA and work permit of non-Thai staff.
• Prepare camp pass application for staff and visitor.
Administration:
• Maintain and update lease agreement of IRC offices, warehouses, and patient house.
• Ensure CPW office security management effectively.
• Prepare payment request all communication office telephone, mobile, internet including hotel, office rent, utilities and other.
• Conduct booking domestic air and bus ticket for Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi staff and visitors as requested.
• Arrange hotel domestic and international fight reservation for IRC Staff and visitor in Ratchaburi and Kanchanaburi location.
• Keep tracking for hotel booking & invoice for CRRD & RSC staff & visitors for prepare in advance for payment process.
• Ordering CPW office stationery is well organizing.
• Setting internet connection and prepare relevant for monthly team meeting.
• Update information board on timely manner.
• Document and register letter in and out.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Deliverable:
• HR & Administration work runs smoothly based on listed items above.
Duration of Work: 3.5 months (23 May 2022- 5 September 2022).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience with NGOs.
• Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Computer literate (minimum MS Word and Excel)
• Language Skills: Thai native with good English language skills (speak, write and read).
Term of payment:
• Payment will be made by bank transfer to temporary staff within 5 working days after work is complete each month.
