Program Coordinator
Title: Program Coordinator
Assignment duration: 1 Year (3 months probation)
Duty Station: Bangkok, Thailand

Role Purpose:
Asian Resource Foundation (ARF) is an NGO based in Bangkok, Thailand. Since 1996 ARF has been responding to the needs of vulnerable communities through education, women’s empowerment and youth leadership development. ARF also provides a number of workshops and trainings on peacebuilding, conflict transformation, negotiation and skills development at the International Institute of Peace and Development Studies (IIPDS).
ARF seeks to appoint a Program Coordinator who will be responsible for the overall implementation, coordination and management of all ongoing projects; ensure projects are implemented with quality and cost effectiveness, and design new projects that align with the organization’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ARF programs and activities
Coordinate necessary support and facilitate IIPDS training programs
Keep updated records and draft donor and annual reports to submit to different stakeholders
Support growth and program development and develop need based community level programs
Engage, support and strengthen relations with partners and promote new partnerships
Raise funds for ARF activities and diversify ARF funds
Assist partners in capacity building and networking
Represent ARF in relevant meetings
Manage ARF documentation on a regular basis
Ensure implementation of office policies and practices
Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions of ongoing programs
Supervise staff members; ensure their capacity building and periodical review of program and financial status of the organization.
Work Experience and qualifications:
Thai National
Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
Good time-management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal English and Thai communication skills
Degree in political science, social science, education, health, human rights, or development
At least 2 years of experience in the field of NGOs
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other technological tools
Organization skills, rigor, creativity, autonomy and enthusiasm
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
