Business Development Manager,

Strategic Partnership Development
TerraCycle Thai Foundation 

Bangkok, Thailand 

Help us break Thailand's addiction to single-use plastic .

You can use your skills to turn the tide on plastic waste. We are actively removing plastic waste from Thailand's canals and waterways, and educating the public on how to recycle their plastics responsibly. You will assist us with partnership development, and drive the process of identifying and securing grant opportunities and sponsorship funding. You will also connect us to key stakeholders that share our vision of a plastic-free environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To help brands achieve their sustainability goals with a TC Foundation plastic offset, recycling, ocean cleanup, or environmental projects.
- To connect and communicate with clients both locally and globally.

- To develop sponsorship programs that support TerraCycle Foundations Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle initiatives.
- Develop presentations and sales materials in both Thai and English.

- Translate sales materials and documents from English to Thai.

- Promote the highest level of customer care, service, and responsiveness.

- Promote the TerraCycle Thai Foundation mission for plastic-free waterways and sustainable programs.

- Develop and present case studies and reports to demonstrate program value to prospects.

- Maintain complete and accurate customer information in our CRM systems

ABOUT YOU:

The successful candidate will be passionate about stopping ocean waste and preventing plastic from polluting our environment.

They will also have a proven history of managing a large portfolio of clients. They will be able to connect with major brands both locally and internationally, and convert to customers. You will be able to demonstrate that you have a record of achieving/exceeding targets. 

Experience in the consumer product good industry and/or non-profit sector would be advantageous.

 QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must reside in Thailand

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• At least 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing

• Excellent oral and presentation skills 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Thai

• CRM or Hubspot experience

• Microsoft Office and/or GSuite

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS :

• Driver's License and/or vehicle
