Civil Society Partnerships Project – Call for Applications

 

Positions:      Finance Assistant – ผู้ช่วยการเงิน

Posting:          Located in Khon Kaen, Thailand

Report to:     Finance Officer – เจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน

 

The Khon Kaen University Center for Civil Society and Nonprofit Management (CSNM) is recruiting for highly qualified and motivated persons to work on the USAID-funded Civil Society Partnerships Project. The Project goal is to develop the capacity and networks among CSOs in the Lower Mekong Sub-region to increase their effectiveness in mobilizing their constituents to improve local governance.

 

In order to implement the project smoothly, CSNM is looking for skilled, dynamic and self-motivated   persons to fill in the position of Finance Assistant (ผู้ช่วยการเงิน).

 

บทบาทหน้าที่:

 

จัดเตรียมชุดเอกสารการเงินเพื่อทำการเบิก-จ่าย

ตรวจทานชุดเอกสารทางการเงินให้ครบถ้วนก่อนส่งให้เจ้าหน้าที่การเงินทำการเบิก-จ่าย

ติดต่อประสานงานเกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมทางการเงินของโครงการ เช่น

ธนาคาร   - สรรพากร – ประกันสังคม – มหาวิทยาลัย และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

จัดทำรายงานประกันสังคมพร้อมนำส่งเป็นประจำทุกเดือน

จัดทำทะเบียนคุม และออกหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี

สแกนชุดเอกสารการเงินเพื่อจัดเก็บเป็นไฟล์ประจำทุกเดือน

จัดเก็บเอกสารการเงินให้เป็นระเบียบและง่ายต่อการใช้งาน

คุณสมบัติ:

 

จบปวส.หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี

หากมีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
