Role Overview: 

ตำแหน่ง Database Programmer มีหน้าที่ออกแบบและจัดทำฐานข้อมูลเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลทางคลินิกให้ได้ครบถ้วน มีประสิทธิภาพ ใช้งานได้ง่าย โดยครอบคลุมถึงการตรวจสอบคุณภาพข้อมูลและการรายงานผลการเก็บข้อมูล การดูแลระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในระยะยาว รวมถึงสนับสนุนการจัดทำรายงานจากข้อมูลนั้นเพื่อส่งให้ผู้บันทึกข้อมูล นักวิจัย นักชีวสถิติ แหล่งทุนหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจว่าข้อมูลที่รวบรวมมาตอบคำถามงานวิจัยทางคลินิก มีความสมบูรณ์ ถูกต้อง คลาดเคลื่อนน้อยที่สุด และไม่มีข้อขัดแย้งกันเอง ตลอดจนมีความพร้อมส่งต่อให้แก่ผู้วิจัยใช้ในการจัดทำรายงานแก่ผู้ให้ทุน และนักชีวิสถิติใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้อย่างถูกต้อง

Core Accountability & Responsibility:

1. ออกแบบฐานข้อมูลหรือระบบการจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเว็ปไซต์หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ให้ตรงกับแบบฟอร์มในการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตรงตามตัวตัวชี้วัดของแต่ละโครงการวิจัย
2. อธิบายวิธีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลตามแบบฟอร์มในการเก็บข้อมูล และระบบการเก็บข้อมูลบนเว็ปไซต์หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์หรือฐานข้อมูล แก่ผู้บันทึกข้อมูล และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้สามารถบันทึกข้อมูลได้อย่างถูกต้อง
3. ออกแบบรายงาน และดึงข้อมูลในระบบเพื่อออกรายงานให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้
4. จัดเตรียมข้อมูล ตามที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องการใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้
5. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายภายในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม

Qualifications and Experience:

1. ปริญญาตรีด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้านต่อไปนี้ PHP Programming Language: Develop and Modification Existing Program Database Management: Design and Maintenance Database system, MySQL is a must. JavaScript, Ajax and JQuery: Develop and Modification Existing Program App Server or PHP Web Server: Maintenance server
3. มีความรู้และทักษะในการใช้งานระดับสูงโปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access etc.) 
4. มีทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษอย่างดี
