JOB PURPOSE
The Application Management Analyst ensures the applications and database are
providing required service level. This includes liaison with internal and external service
providers, taking over applications and databases for operations, break-fix of issues and
performing low to medium complexity application development and database management.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES APPLICATION :

- Code applications / Web
- Creates data extracts and reports from system based requirements.
- Develops, executes and documents test plans.
- Assist in deployment of new modules, upgrades and fixes to the production environment.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of applications.
- Troubleshoots existing information systems to identify errors or deficiencies and develops
solutions.

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS :

- Assesses client needs utilizing a structured requirements process ( gathering, analyzing,
documenting, and managing changes ) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on
options.
- Develops, writes, and communicates business requirements and functional specifications
for the implementation of business solutions.
- Analyzes customer's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to
determine opportunities for improvements.

PROJECT/WORK PLANNING :

- Participates in project planning process with team members.

DATABASE DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT :

- Develops physical databases.
- Codes, edits, and installs stored procedures and functions for accessing, maintaining, and
populating databases.

Job Qualification

1. Typically requires 1-3 years of programming experience.
2. Associate's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science or other related field,
specialized training or certification. Or equivalent work experience.
3. Requires working knowledge in web programming language
