EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

The IRC in Thailand is undertaking a primary health services and environmental health services in seven refugee camps and assists refugees seeking permanent resettlement in the United States. IRC seeks to engage qualified vendors to provide:

1. Document translation service and Interpretation service from/to English for the following languages,

           - Thai

           - Lao

           - Khmer

           - Vietnamese

           - Burmese

           - Bahasa Indonesia

           - Malaysia

           - Arabic

           - Chinese Mandarin

           - Japanese

           - Korean

           - French

           - Spanish

           - Russian

           - Persian

           - Dari

           - Pashto

           - Rohingya

Interested and suitably qualified suppliers are invited to submit expression of interest by e-mail to the IRC at BKK.Procurement@rescure.org and copy Jirapan.Uannual@rescue.org by 15 March 2022 indicating “EOI – Translation and Interpretation Services” in the subject line.

The following documentation should be attached in the e-mail:

           - Registration Name of the Supplier

           - Name and Designation of the Contact Person

           - Address, phone number, e-mail address of the contact person

           - Company profile

EOI does not constitute a solicitation. IRC reserves the right to change or cancel requirements at any time in any EOI and/or solicitation process.
