Job Title:  Case Manager - Dubai Project

Location: Operation Underground Rail Road Thailand

                  71 Phahonyothin 5, Samsennai, Phayathai, Bangkok, 10400

Job Overview:

Summary:

- To support the Dubai Project Manager in establishing systems for the repatriation process of Thai trafficked women. 

 - Manage communications with Thai victims of trafficking in Dubai, and coordinate the repatriation process of the Thai survivors from Dubai back to Thailand.

• Receive initial contact from victims and informants
• Develop relationships with the Thai victims and survivors
• Ability to speak appropriately and therapeutically to victims and handle crisis mannerisms
• Assist with coordinating rescues with the Operations Manager and Project Manager, to assure victim's safety into an appropriate safe house
• Handle repatriations process:

                    - Coordinate with Thai Consulate

                    - Coordinate between Thai team and Dubai teams

                    - Process Certificate of Entry

                    - Organize plane tickets, quarantine hotels, etc.

• Help manage emergencies along with the team
• Collaborate with organizations in Dubai
• Write Case Management reports
• Assist the Project Manager with writing project proposals

Qualification: 

- Thai origin

- Speak and write in both English and Thai

- Motivation in assisting trafficked women or passion for human rights

- Good communications skills

- Organized

- Ability to be flexible, and have a flexible work schedule

- Knowledge and experience in assisting victims would be a plus and/or experience with assisting people through trauma
