The Paintbrush Foundation is a non-profit organization born out of a passion to create positive social change through arts education. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, the Paintbrush Foundation teaches the arts for free to the underprivileged children of the Khlong Toey slum community.
More than a school, we strive to be a safe space where children can make friends, dream, and express their creativity while using their free time productively. Besides our teaching programs, we also support our older kids in identifying what they want to be in the future and following their own path through education.
The executive manager works under the supervision of the foundation director. They are responsible for a wide range of tasks, from overseeing the school’s day-to-day operations, to co-organizing events, being the focal point of partnerships, and so much more. Our organization is a small and growing structure, we all juggle with different responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who can adapt and is willing to help and grow with us. Our organization works exclusively with children, so the candidate should also have good contact with kids.
