Overall Responsibility:

     Develops the organization's goal and strategy related to resource development,targets and activities in the areas of resource development, particularly related to CSR and cash donations.

     Research fundraising opportunities and writes grant applications. Builds new and ongoing external relationships with the corporate sector and high-level individuals that will result in financial support to the Foundation's goals and programs.

     In depth understanding of the Foundation's programs and impact that it has on helping vulnerable people and communities. Able to present the social, development as well as emotional value of the programs/projects.

    Develops capacity of the Resource Development Team that overseas resource development in corporate funding, high-level individuals and cash box donayion.

    Engages in market comprehension, building business strategies and action plans. teambuilding, performance assessment, problem solving and monitoring/reporting.

    Works with the board and senior staff in creating a strong organization that is accountable and delivers results. Closely collaborates with CARE International to gain/share CARE marketing skill and insights about fundraising.

Volume:

- Corporate funding target Baht 15-25 million per year, actively finding new companies/high level individuals and maintaining excellent relationships.

-Cash box working a team of 7 persons in box placement and collection generate

more than 15 million per year.

1) Understands development issues and the role of civil society organizations;

2) Marketing and strategic planner, understanding trends and opportunities;

3) Strong organizational skills, proficiency with data-analysis and performance management;

4)Excellent presentation and selling skills of products that are intangible in nature;

5)Builds strong connections with senior level corporate executives, major donor, board members, colleagues, partner organization partners and co-workers.

6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English that includes writing, presenting, and selling.

 Qualification :

-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field;

-Minimum 4 years of experience in non-profit fundraising or other related field.

Other combination of education and experience will be considered;

Demonstrated inter-personal skills and communication skills;

-Management skills/experiences including team building and performance/accountability management.

-Language proficiency in English and Thai, written and verbal.
