Project Description:
An effective national response to COVID-19 requires collective efforts by the global community, multi-sectoral coordination at the national level, development partners, and other entities. The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) consortium is well positioned to support the Royal Thai Government (RTG), community partners, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to mitigate the impact of COVID-19. This provides support to strengthen the Thailand Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), provincial, and community capacity to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and mitigate its impacts on morbidity and mortality. Its objectives are (1) to accelerate widespread and equitable access to and delivery of safe and effective COVID-19 vaccinations (2) to reduce morbidity and mortality from COVID-19, mitigate transmission, and strengthen health systems, including to prevent, detect, and respond to pandemic threats.
We have four open positions at the Ministry of Public Health, as listed below.
1. Project Coordinator (based at the Coordinating Unit for One Health)
2. Project Coordinator (based at Division of Epidemiology)
3. IT Officer
4. Data System Administrator
1. Job Summary for Project Coordinator (based at the Coordinating Unit for One Health) :
The Project Coordinator position (based at the Coordinating Unit for One Health, Ministry of Public Health) is responsible for coordination with CRRT team and the vaccination units for Bangkok and vicinities area, as well as other multi sectoral key partners in the network. Also, this position is responsible for project reports and forms, meetings and activities and other administrative tasks.

Education and Experioences :
BS/BA or MS/MA in Public Health, Public Administration, Social Administration, or related field, and at least 3 years relevant experience with government agencies or public organizations and field experience especially in the field of public health or social development.
2. Job Summary for Project Coordinator (based at Division of Epidemiology) :
The Project Coordinator position (based at Division of Epidemiology) is responsible for coordination with the regional expert committee on Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI) secretariat for meeting results, data management, reporting other relevant administrative tasks.

Education and Experioences :
BS/BA or MS/MA in Public Health, Public Administration, Social Administration, or related field, and at least 2 years relevant experience with government agencies or public organizations and field experience especially in the field of public health or social development.
3. Job Summary for IT Officer :
The IT Officer position is responsible for IT’s activities, services and systems of Division of Epidemiology such as network system, server system, data security and safety. Also, this position will provide technical expertise for related problem solutions, capacity building site visits, and video conferences.

BS or MS in computer sciences or information technology or related field, and at least 5 years relevant experience with government agencies or public organizations and field experience especially in the field of systems of network, server and data security and safety.
4. Job Summary for Data System Administrator :
The Data System Administrator position is responsible for the AEFI-DDC database regarding administration and monitoring and coordination with end users for problem solution. Also, this position will be responsible for data management and quality and reporting.
