Position Summary
The Face to Face Fundraising Venue Senior is responsible for providing quality/sufficient venues for Direct Dialogue Campaigners working to get quality financial supporters. And also to retain a good relationship with venue owners or managers in the future to resume.
Key Duties
Create the Venue Strategy for Quality Venue both In-door and Out-door for DDCs to operate to support ODP under Thailand Face to Face Acquisition Program
Forecasting the budget for Venue Plan and utilize the budget based on ROI calculation
Strategic plan and ability to present our work to get new venues
Building Long Term Relationship with Venue Owners/Managers
Monitoring to make sure that we get the quality venues
Immediately solving the problems once DDC stuck to the wrong spot/point
Finding opportunities from Media or Campaign work for DDCs events
Assist the Direct Dialogue Fundraising Specialist from time to time when or if possible and necessary.
Liaise with Public Outreach Manager on possible events we can fundraise at; communicate these to Direct Dialogue Fundraising Specialist for discussion/approval.
Other
Meet weekly with Team Leader and Direct Dialogue Fundraising Specialist to discuss venue progress reports.
Any other tasks relevant to the position scope as directed by the Direct Dialogue Fundraising Specialist
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Good in Ms. Excel, Word and PPT.
Calm under pressure with a good service Minded and team player
Problem-Solving Skills
At least 3 years of experience in event management
Good communication skills in English in writing, speaking and presenting.
Good skills of project development with power point presentation.
Good leadership skills in managing and supervising teams.
Very organized with the ability to manage budgets and people.
The ability to manage the area.
Able to travel to other provinces on weekends and public holidays.
