ADRA Thailand works with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change through empowering partnerships and responsible action. ADRA Thailand has served vulnerable and marginalized people in Thailand through community development initiatives targeting Food Security, Economic Development, Primary Health and Education. ADRA Thailand’s emergency response initiatives provide aid to disaster survivors and people fleeing active conflict from Myanmar.

ADRA Thailand is currently seeking applicants for to work at our office in Chiang Rai province in the Statelessness Reduction and Community Sensitization Project as detailed below:
Project Manager Position (ผู้จัดการโครงการ)
Responsibilities:
To ensure high quality project implementations
To ensure quality and timely reporting on project progress
To ensure proper project staff supervision
To ensure transparent and correct project related financial transactions and recording
To ensure transparent and adequate communication and coordination with Program Department
To provide work coordination with stakeholders including government officials
To provide overall leadership to the project team (20 staff)
To ensure project expenditure stays within the budget
To Monitor day to day project implementation in order to achieve stated results
To develop a detailed implementation plan with the project team
To provide quality and timely project reports (monthly and year-end reports)
To represent ADRA in all relevant coordination meetings in all the project target areas
To provide updated project data upon request
To provide support and mentorship to project staff
To ensure that the project implementation is in accord with DIP, to regularly update and revise DIP and log-frame as needed and to stay in close communication with the Program Coordinator and Program Director
To perform other tasks as required by the Program Coordinator and Program Director
Preferred candidates are expected to meet the following:
Minimum Skills & Education Required:
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree in Community Development or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 5-year experience in community development or in management positions that is equal to the stated responsibilities outlined above
Concrete knowledge of issues pertaining to statelessness
Prior work experiences in assisting stateless persons to obtain their legal status
Language Skills:
Thai as native language
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Able to write reports in English
Skills and Abilities:
Significant experience in working with hill tribe communities
Capacity and experiences to facilitate high quality trainings
Strong team spirit and experience in being a team leader (preferably at least 3 years)
Ability to work under pressure and able to multi-task
Ability to interact in a sensitive and diplomatic way
Ability to speak in public with confidence
Strong sense of responsibility
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
High level of flexibility and self-motivation
Strong cross cultural and interpersonal skills
