Community Systems Foundation (CSF) is seeking #EMIS experts, #EducationPlanners, #DataAnalysts, and #ProjectManagers to support a growing global portfolio in the Education sector.

Long term consultancy opportunities (full and part-time) are available.  Positions are flexible to accomodate skills and experiences of recruited staff.

Experience and Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Education and/or International development
• Demonstrated capability as a teacher/trainer with ability to transfer ICT skills to government programmes in compliance with UN principles and guidelines
• Excellent communication skills, including clear, technical writing and the delivery of presentations to senior government officials and ICT trainings to a diverse group of participants
• Education sector administration and management 
• Experience in the implementation of UN activities, an advantage
• Fluency in English is required. 
• Fluency or professional competency in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish is highly desirable.  
• Experience in the field of data science is highly desirable.
