The ICRC Regional Delegation in Bangkok seeks to fill the following position:
Fleet Asset Administrator
Job Purpose:
The Fleet Asset Administrator supervises the purchase, transfer and disposal of the vehicle assets.
Responsibilities:
Fleet Asset Administrator - ASIA Region & World Global Support
- Supports Fleet Asset Administrator 2 and RVFM Asia for all areas related to the management of vehicle fleets.
- Support RVFM/Fleet Asset Administrator 2 in assessing local markets for all purchases related to fleet (Fuel, Spare parts, Services, Vehicles) for the entire region
- Assist and follow up on the disposal of vehicles, trucks and other fleet assets according to ICRC regulations.
- Assist Fleet Asset Administrator 2 in updating and filing order / sales / purchase / donation of ICRC Fleet asset trough RO / Selection tables
- Liase with RVFM, Logistics Fleet GVA and Fleet support Amman issues concerning Fleet Asia
- Process paperwork e.g. preparing invoices and other supporting documents that needs follow up, submission to Finance, etc. and Signature follow up
- Assist Fleet Asset Administrator 2 in preparing correspondence (replay versions and finalized versions), internal presentations, meeting minutes, and various documents; shares information with other collaborators
- Is accountable for Transfer of Fleet asset inside the same delegation
- Act as VFM for delegations that VFM is unavailable temporary or long-term
- Other tasks as assigned by the unit
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience in administration and fleet management
- Knowledge of political, social and cultural ICRC operational context.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and/or French
- Computer proficiency
