Terms of reference for audit of the three projects funded by the European Commission

Introduction

Oxfam GB wishes to engage the services of an audit firm to perform expenditure verificationperiod of 1 Jan 2020–31 Dec 2020involving three grant contracts, funded by European Commission (Contracting Authority) as per details below. The audit shall be carried out in accordance with international audit standards as indicated in theEU guidelines

Procedures

The EU requires that an audit be performed their following specified "procedures" and this is not a normal statutory audit, hence it is called "expenditure verification."
