Position Title:            Project Coordinator/Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Open Period:             15 April 2020-31 May 2020

Position Description: The Project Coordinator/Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, reporting to the Project Director, shall develop, implement and document the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework and strategy.

Duty Station:             RIMES Program Unit, 2^nd Floor Outreach Building, 58 Moo 9 Paholyothin Rd., Klong Nung, Klong Luang, Pathumthani, Thailand

Type of Contract:       Project Staff

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Monthly base salary negotiable, commensurate with qualifications

• Annual leave allowance of 24 days

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge

• Master’s degree in program evaluation, international development, management, economics or other relevant social science

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing project monitoring and evaluation strategy
• Experience working on development projects with government agencies in South Asia, particularly in Bangladesh, Nepal and/or Pakistan

Skills and abilities

• Proficient in project evaluation and various evaluation methods
• Demonstrated analytical, research, documentation and writing skills
• Ability to package and present M&E data, results and outcomes in different formats for different audiences
• English proficiency in communication, presentation and report writing

Personal qualities

• Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Flexibility and ability to work hard independently and in a team
• Takes ownership of all responsibilities of the position, and honors commitments
• Excellent work ethic
