Rapid Asia is an independent management consultancy firm based in Bangkok that specializes in evaluations for programs, projects, social marketing campaigns and other social development initiatives. We carry out program evaluations across a number of thematic areas including human trafficking, migration, health, climate change, education etc. Our clients include major donors, UN agencies and international aid and development organizations. We take a regional approach to evaluations and have developed tools and indicators that can be used across borders for the purpose of evaluating program impact. Rapid Asia has to date carried out evaluations in 24 countries across Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe and South America.

Rapid Asia has recently been commissioned a large project on advocacy for better legislation around outbound foreign direct investment in Thailand. We are looking for a dedicated phone recruiter who can join our field team and carry out phone recruitment among SME export managers. The work is expected to last for two to three months and you will initially be office based and could potentially be home based once stable performance has been achieved. The successful candidate will receive personal training by the project team, salary and bonus payment (upon completion of agreed workload), and a signed certificate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out phone screening interviews from a contact list provided by Rapid Asia
• Arrange appointments with export managers
• Work in close collaboration with the project manager

Essential Requirements:

• Thai national
• Available for at least two months (Dec 2017 to Jan 2018)
• Good team player
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Positive mind-set and not shy to converse with people over phone

Desired Requirements:

• Previous experience conducting recruitment or face to face interviews (please state previous work in CV)
• Completed or undertaking Commerce degree
• Ability to communicate in basic English
