Global Capacity Development Center (Good Neighbors Thailand Foundation) is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. She/he will be responsible for effectively and efficiently maintaining the GN field countries reliability and accountability. The major duty will be monitoring and audit field countries, managing financial statement of field countries following to ISA, consultancy for account system for field countries and training for account system of field countries.  The ideal candidate has worked for at least five years in finance and has attained the required knowledge, skills and expertise through the completion of a bachelor or master in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

Requirements Skills and Experience

• Has bachelor or master of Accounting
• Has more Than 5-year of experiment for NGO financing
• Expert in QuickBooks system
• Has CPA license or equivalent license of financing
• Experiment of Auditing company or Audit department in NGO
• Experiment of NGO financing(especially INGO, Regional Office)
• Experiment of conducting auditing for INGO’s regional or field offices
• Experiment of working with external audit
• Experiment of training financing and accounting for internal control
• Not more than 40 years old
• Possible to work in English

Salary

   Around 30,000 USD/year
