We are now accepting applications from suitably qualified graduates for this exciting and challenging position Client Support Coordinator. The successful candidate is expected to deliver quality service and manage day-to-day operations
Main Responsibilities include
- Support clients by being the point of contact, making appointments, handling payment, liaising with therapists, and maintaining contact with clients until the completion of their therapy.
- Provide administrative support including updating records and keeping track of financial income.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Essential
- Have been successfully awarded a degree in any subject
- Have a client centred outlook/ approach to work.
- Have energy, motivation and enthusiasm,
- Be competent working alone and as part of a team.
- Be a native Thai speaker equally comfortable working in English
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks, ability to plan ahead, pre-empt and
prepare for a logical sequence of events.
- Be a problem solver, proactive in reaching goals
- Be computer literate and confident using Microsoft office programs
- Be a good time keeper, have a good memory and have basic math.
Desirable
- Degree in psychology or related field
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- An interest in health and or related service that we provide.
- Experience of Google AdWords
- Experience of Website SEO
Salary range 20,000 - 25,000 THB per month.
