Administration Accountant (Based in Phuket)

Job Title and Summary:  Administration Accountant. The purpose of this role is maintain the accounts, pay bills, handle petty cash and other bookkeeping and accounting tasks. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle monthly accounting and petty cash transactions.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail, Rdinet and online banking.
  • Ability to do the closing will be advantage.
  • Preferably experience with Express software

Department and Supervisor: This post reports to the Senior Accountant and HR and Finance Manager

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Thai nationality ONLY
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting is preferable
  • A minimum of 5 years experiences in accountant roles is required
  • Transparency Good command in English, especially email and communication to foreigner work colleagues
  • Good for fast paced environment on daily work routine basis
  • Fast learner and ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must

Location: The post is based at Soi Dog Foundation’s shelter in Mai Khao, Phuket.

Type of Employment: This is a full time position.
