Location: Chiang Mai I Travel: 25% travel to various REACH offices I Status: Full Time
Are you a Finance professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Finance Manager who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring robust financial planning, compliance, and reporting across all projects and partner organizations, budgeting and financial reporting processes, ensures full alignment with donor regulations and organizational policies. The Finance Manager provides technical leadership, supports internal and external audits, strengthens partner financial capacity, and works closely with the Head of Finance & Grants to enhance financial systems and mitigate financial risks. The role requires strong coordination with program and partner teams, effective cross-functional collaboration, and periodic travel to field offices to ensure sound financial oversight and capacity building. This position will report to Head of Finance and Grants.
