 If your answer is YES, ChildFund Asia Regional Office wants you to be part of our team in the Asia Regional Office as a Human Resources Administrator.

Our Asia Regional Office is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to coordinate regional office human resource activities in the areas of recruitment, employee data management and local HR administration. The successful candidate will also have opportunity for involvement in significant global HR initiatives and professional development within the Asia region.

ChildFund exists to help deprived, excluded and vulnerable children have the capacity to improve their lives and the opportunities to become young adults, parents and leaders who bring lasting and positive change in their communities. We work in 32 countries around the world, assisting approximately 15.2 million children and family members regardless of race religion or gender.

 

Human Resources Administrator

Qualifications/Experience/Education:

Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English

2-3 years experience as a human resource professional, preferably in a multi-cultural environment

College degree in human resource management, Business Administration or relevant

Good understanding of local employment laws and other government statutory requirements

Proficiency in relevant computer applications (spreadsheet, database, accounting operations software, project management software, presentation software)

Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills including the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally with sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, social and political issues.
