
Job Summary:
The TSU Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Program Director and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the program director’s office. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of the office and supporting the Program Director in project coordination, program planning, and execution. The TSU Coordinator will also support departmental budgets and handle procurement activities, as well as liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Program Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the program director’s office
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for program-related meetings
- Maintain departmental records and databases
- Support the Program Director in project management, program planning, and execution
- Support departmental budgets and handle procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders and tracking expenses
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other program-related materials
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by the Program Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or project management role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with budget management and procurement activities preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies preferred
