Request for bidding quotation for basic construction materials for water supply in Thakek and Nakai, in Khammouane Province, Lao PDR.
DAI (Thailand) Ltd. (DAI) under the USAID-funded Mekong ARCC Program seeks a qualified firm to send the bidding quotation of basic construction supplies (cement, sand, gravel, rebar and HDPE piping) for water supply in Thakek and Nakai, in Khammouane Province.
Objective: The selected Offeror will provide basic construction supplies to USAID Mekong ARCC Program.
Interested Offerors may obtain full copy of the Requisition Form containing detailed of items required for this proposal. Please send the quotation to mekonginfo@dai.com and indicate in your email subject line “Quotations for basic construction materials for water supply”.
Tasks: The selected Offeror will complete the following tasks: (1) Provide materials according to bidding quotations of basic construction supplies; (2) Provide delivery service (transportation) from the shop to the project sites;
Proposals: Interested firms should submit a complete Request for Quotation Form (as per attached). Bidding Proposals will be assessed on the quality/quantity of basic construction requirements, its cost plus delivery fee.
Notes: RFQ specifications are estimates. Final specifications will be provided upon award.
Timeline: Interested Offerors may respond to this advertisement immediately. Bidding Proposal submissions are due by 16.00 hours on October 23, 2015.
