INVITATION TO TENDER

The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection, and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

The IRC is seeking a vendor to provide rental multifunction printer for 9 IRC office locations in Tak province for the period from January 2025 to September 2026. The service must commence by January 1, 2025. The service requirements are outlined below.

Minimum specification: Print speed: 35 pages/minute  

• Print resolution:        600 dpi
• Scan resolution:       600 dpi
• Display:                    LCD touch screen

Feature: Duplex printing and Ethernet port
